4 days ago I lost most of the hearing in my right ear I'm freaking out what do I do ?

Have it checked! You may see your primary care doctor or ENT .The sudden change could be due to fluid in the middle ear space ...serous otitis ( that may result from Eustacian tube dysfunction) it could be due to earwax ...Many causes may have a straight forward treatment get it checked ! Don't freak out ! Hopefully you will soon find that it has a treatable reason that will allow you to have restored normal hearing soon .
