your parathyroid hormone levels are a bit low, normal levels are 10 to 55 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL).

your calcium levels are normal.

your vitamin D levels are normal

low parathyroid hormone levels can be from autoimmune issues or taking too much calcium supplements.

you should see an endocrinologist about your low parathyroid hormone levels.

Your calcium is high and PTH is normal

This could be FHH

Familial hypocalciuric hypercalcemia

I would get a 24 hour urine calcium to check
