It could be pulmonary embolism. You should go to a hospital and have exam, tests, and imaging studies.

This is Dr. David

pulmonary embolism at your age is super super super rare and unlikely.

panic attack often can cause chest pains and shortness of breath and chest tightness

acid reflux can cause heart burn and chest pains.

you could be having allergies causing rhinitis and sinusitis symptoms of sinus congestion

you might need to take allergy medications to help clear up your sinuses

you could have a viral infection causing sinus congestion.

you can go to the hospital and see if your sinuses are congested and if you need a course of antibiotics for sinus infection.

a doctor there can check if you are having acid reflux causing chest pain.

sometimes viral infections can cause rib pains called costocondritis as well

I would like to provide another opinion

Pulmonary embolism is not rare at your age. But it is unlikely if you have no reason for it

Sometimes smoking on birth control pills can cause it in young people. Do you do this?

It is helpful to know what is triggering the pain?

What does? eating? breathing? movement? exertion?
