I have a abdominal ventricular hernia w/mention of obstruction or gangrene. What does this mean & how dangerous is it. I am a 64 yr old female w/copd. Please be brutaly honest how quickly surgery should be done & if it should be a liver Dr. or Neuro. Thankyou in advance. A very scared lady.
