Thanks for this question

Usually this is related to medications.

There are many that can do this. Do you take any medications?

If not, this could be erectile dysfunction, a circulation issue or a testosterone problem

Has any of this been checked?

Are you able to get and maintain an erection?

In fact, prostate disease can do this.

Low testosterone can do this.
