Hi my liver enzymes blood test was 145 and I'm 29 how long will it take to get it back to normal?

There is not only one liver enzyme.

what exactly was 145?

Elevated enzymes will not get back to normal unless the underlying cause is identified and corrected.

For example, a toxic medication, alcohol, etc.

Or, hepatitis from any cause.

If this was from alcohol, it can take months for this to come down.

on average around 2 to 3 months.
