This is Dr. David

you need to avoid alcohol and spicy foods which worsen stomach acid.

you have tried the strongest over the counter agents of prilosec and zantac to block stomach acid

you need to see a doctor to get stronger stomach acid blockers like Nexium 40mg or Protonix 40mg to decrease stomach acid.

they can also give you prescription carafate which can coat your stomach and reduce pain.

don't take advil or aleve which will only worsen gastritis.

do you should go to the ER if you are in this much pain.

do you have a hospital or ER close to you?
