Hi there ...

Thank you for your question ...

If you are still coughing after 2 weeks treatment , than it would be ideal for you to have Chest X ray to rule out the possibility of Pneumonia .

Please get Chest X ray as early as possible .

Persistent cough need evaluation specially if it persist more than 2 weeks so X Ry chest is mandatory at this stage .

Regards .

Please leave positive feedback for me .

Thanks .

I have had the pneumonia shot last month.!

But still possibility of Pneumonia should be ruled out .

You should get Chest X ray please .

Regards .

As vaccination don't provide 100 percent immunity , so possibility should be ruled out .

Hello

In the US, you can not just go get an x ray.

You need an exam.

You have been self treating this, and 2 weeks is way to long.

The most common possibility here is bronchitis, as there is no fever.

This is treated with inhalers, not antibiotics.

If pneumonia, antibiotics. The vaccination does not cover many types of pneumonia.

An exam will usually reveal what you need, and you might avoid the chest x ray.
