I am a very fit 80year old have been running for 45 years started triathlons 7 years ago.i now find I soon get out of breath when running with chest pain right hand side this pain is worse when I swim spreading down my right arm. The cardiolidest says low probability of angina, lung test ok. I have tried an inhaler,isosorbide mononitrate all to no effect .My gp has run out of ideas. Can you please help.
