Customer Question

I was working on a house I just bought. I am remodeling the bathroom. I was removing the old sink and cabinet. As I attempted pull it away from the wall I saw mold. I literally took one normal breath and had to leave the area. I closed the doors and installed an ozone based air purifier. But I have been caught ng sonce. It's been about 30 minutes. Caughing has decreased a lot. Is there something I should do personally about what I apparently breathed in?
