This is Dr. David

he could be having overactive bladder muscle spasms which can cause strong urinary urges and urinary incontinence.

sometimes urinary tract infections can cause this

a bladder stone irritating the bladder could cause this.

damage to nerves in the pelvis could cause urinary incontinence.

diabetes in some patients can cause increased thirst and increased urinary output and urination.

he needs to see his doctor right away and be checked for diabetes and blood tests

he needs his bladder and prostate checked by a urologist as well

is he willing to go see a doctor ?
