Hi there,

This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

These symptoms are concerning.

Can be due to the kidney stone or infection related.

Next possibility is spinal disorder --arthritis, herniated disc, spinal stenosis can cause nerve compression and symptoms in the affected area.

Pelvic organ inflammation like fibroid tumor in the uterus causing pressure on bladder and intestine can cause similar symptoms.

Ovarian pathology also needs to be checked.

Hence, you need a CT scan of the abdomen with contrast first and also spine xrays as well soon.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
