Quiet regularly my son complains of burning hands. They don't look any different i.e. Not swollen or red and don't feel hot to touch but they are burning to him, the only relief he gets is from a ice pack.

Does he take any meds for any reason?

Any injury to the arms or hands?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No meds. Was using nasonex but hayfever has improved so doesn't need it now.. No injuries. No change in environment. Just started all of a sudden but that was about 6 weeks ago. We tried anti histamine in case allergy related but no change in symptoms.

does he have anxiety?

could it be anxiety related?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Perhaps at school because he does struggle a bit, but it happens at home as well especially at bed time and once he gets a icepack to hold he gets relief and can go to sleep. He is not anxious at home at all.

have vitamin deficiencies been checked?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
He had a lot of bloods taken a few weeks ago and I've not had a recall so they must have all been ok, but I will look into this. What vitamin deficiencies could cause this.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

B12, celiac disease, B vitamins, vitamin D

make sure all this was checked
