This is Dr. David

colicky pain is usually from the bowels.

right flank pain can come from constipation, diverticulosis, colitis, a small kidney stone

you should get your stools checked for blood

are you having diarrhea?

your pain if in the lower flank or pelvis could be from ovarian cysts

you should see a doctor and get some testing, abdominal pelvic ultrasound, stool testing, urine testing for blood and infection.

do you have a doctor you can see who can do some testing for you?
