These blood sugar levels are higher than normal and indicate diabetes.

You need to visit a doctor and have your fasting and post postprandial blood sugar levels checked along with HbA1c levels which give an average reading of last 3 months of blood sugar levels.

This is an initial answer. Please reply if you need any clarifications or further related information.

You may have diabetes.

But first this needs to be verified.

Please check your blood sugar on fasting in the morning before any food or beverage.

if the reading is above 125, then diabetes is likely.

2 hour after meal the reading should be below 200

You should cut down sugar, simple carbs like dessert, soda, candies, cake from your diet.

Eat more vegetables, proteins, whole grains and fruits.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
