This is Dr. David

oil in your stool or urine would be very easy to notice in the toilet.

oil would float on top of the toilet water and cause an oil slick

oil and water doesn't mix.

oil or fats in your stools can be a sign of poor digestion and often comes with diarrhea and severe bad odor called steatorrhea, or oily or fatty diarrhea.

just looking at the urine or stool and thinking it looks oily isn't a worry.

you need a urinalysis to best evaluated your urine

and stool testing

but if you don't see oil slicks or dropplets of oil on top of the water in the toilet after urination and bowel movements, then there is no oil in your urine or stool.
