This is Dr. David

the right chest pain could be from acid reflux or heart burn.

or could be from costochondritis

or from scar tissue from your pace maker surgery.

or something else

you should go to the ER and get an examination by a doctor if you are worried about right sided chest pains.

we can't examine you or run tests for you online to get to the bottom of your chest pains.

do you have a hospital or ER close to you where you can see a doctor right away?
