Thanks for this question

Are bowel movements normal?

If she has other symptoms such as fever, diverticulitis is possible, which means inflamed pockets in the colon.

Even diverticulosis, just the posckets can cause pain.

Other bowel problems need to be ruled out, from irritable bowel to polyps.

She should have had a colonoscopy by now, if not, this might be essential...colon cancer can present like this.

Ovarian problems must be ruled out with pain in this area.

Also, kidney stones and uterine problems, as well as ureter problems, although these are less likely.

Do NOT wait on this. Take her to her doctor now.

If symptoms have been getting worse, to the ER.

OK, so that is an initial answer….
