Im currently having this stinging pain in the center of my belly button. Ive had this before and it comes and goes whenever it wants. Im curious about the cause

Fungal infection is typical in this location.

Examine it carefully for rash.

Early umblical hernia can do this, even before you see a bulge.

This can be checked by your doctor.

Small bowel problems can cause pain in this location.

Abdominal exam should be done by your doctor.

It is not likely to be a bladder problem this high up.
