i am 27 yr male, weighing 72kg, have been doing weight training for 6 months. i take whey protein suppliments of 40g/day. my total daily protein intake is 100g. i take 3-4 litres water daily. i train 3-4 days in a week. ichecked my creatinine level and it was 1.4mg/dl. i don't have any problems with passing urine.should i stop my training routine?

Your creatinine is at the high of normal, that is because of the increased protein intake and the exercise. A single reading of 1.4 is not significant since there is an obvious cause of increase. However, it would be worthwhile to stop your routine for 4 to 5 days and then get the creatinine levels done again and this time along with BUN. I also suggest that you increase your water intake.
