in super super rare cases, Adderall can damage the liver
but usually adderall with amphetamine and dextroamphetamine doesn't cause elevated iron levels and will not cause high iron level disease.
she needs to consult with a hematologist and get TIBC (total iron binding capacity) and Transferrin saturation and ferritin levels checked as well.
to find out why her serum iron levels are up.
she might need a liver ultrasound scan as well
has she had these tests yet?

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Adderall or Amphetamine salts have been known to affect the iron metabolism in the body.
Hence, the increased anemic situation is likely due to its direct effect.
Liver damage is not likely a cause here.

anemia is low red blood cell counts which can be caused by low iron or low B12 or low folate or long term bleeding.
high iron levels would not cause anemia
if she has anemia and low iron levels, she needs to consult with a hematology or blood specialist doctor to check her bone marrow and iron stores (ferritin levels)
she needs a complete blood count or CBC blood test and iron level testing
taking adderall would not cause anemia.
has she consulted with a hematologist yet?
