Severe congestion and drop in oxygen rate suggest likely lung infection or bacterial pneumonia.
Severe pneumonia can also slow down your heart rate.
You will need IV antibiotics immediately.
Please call 911 as they will provide you with advanced life support --oxygen therapy, heart monitoring while transferring you to the nearest hospital for further evaluation.
