Yellow greasy stool means fat is present in stool.
Fat is digested by the bile emulsification released from gallbladder nd then from pancreatic enzyme release.
So you may have problem in the gallbladder or pancreas.
Gallbladder problem is more likely.
Hence, you should see your doctor for gallbladder scan.
