I had a few bites of food earlier that, perhaps, are too big. Which gave me avery bad sense of obstruction in my esophagus. I cant swallow even liquids, and am vomiting mucus. Please advise.

You need to go to the ER. Obstruction of the esophagus is an emergency! You may have an esophageal stricture as possible! You will likely need emergency endoscopy procedure done by on call gastroenterologist tonight!!

It is a big deal! So do not put this off!!
