How do I know how urgent my asthma is? I never seem to know

Customer Question

How do I know how urgent my asthma is? I never seem to know the difference between a severe attack and a mild one until it's too late.

Thank you for your question.

One of the best ways is to measure the PEF (Peak Expiratory Flow Rate) with a PEF meter.

So if you do not have a PEF meter you should get one.

How do you monitor your asthma?

Do you have a PEF meter with you at the moment?

Please let me know.

Kind regards
