chance for PE from a DVT in the arm is very low.

Ask Your Own Medical Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago

. She cannot be on anticoagulants Due to prior massive gi bleeding. The endoscopy removed a huge dudonum ulcer and concerned on not giving anti coagulated now. Is it right treatment.
Customer reply replied 2 years ago

Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 years ago

did they cauterize the duodenal ulcer?

did they treat her with nexium or protonix twice a day for 2-3 weeks to help decrease stomach acid? this can help the duodenal ulcer heal.

I hope they have started to feed her.
