I have a very sharp rectal pain, especially before bowel

Customer Question

Hello, I have a very sharp rectal pain, especially before bowel movement. I do have regular normal stool, no constipation or diarrhea noted. After normal morning bowel movement I start getting contraction like pains, my lower stomach is very painful. It
urges me to go, but when I try to go it's very painful and I push out small bolls or bowel, that look hard and fussy, normal color. One time pain was so unbearable, that I got all pail, got a short breath and almost fatigued. There is no blood in my stool
at all Thank you for your help

Hi there ...

In your case at this stage possibility of anal fissure should be ruled out , this can present with painful bowels .

You need examination , use of local gels like Lignocane gel will help you out , but once diagnosis is confirmed after examination , appropriate treatment will be offered to you .

Good luck .

Positive feedback will be appreciated .

Thanks .
