This is Dr. David

how old are you?

are you male or female?

it sounds like you could have a GI viral infection or stomach flu or food poisoning and dehydration

vomiting can cause you to loose fluid and cause dehydration which can cause electrolye problems and headaches

you should go to the ER for evaluation and see if you need IV fluids.

do you have a hospital or ER close to you where you can see a doctor right away?
