This is Dr. David

the yellow spot most likely was a bruise in your breast.

you most likely were feeling just a bruise in the breast which got better

bruises get better

you should be getting once a year mammograms of your breast

when was your last mammogram?

Hi there,

This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

I have a different opinion.

Since you are not able to find the lump by yourself you should get this checked by your doctor.

At your age any lump should be investigated further.

The risk of cancer is very low if no strong family history of breast cancer.

The lump may be due to the bruise from the elbow.

Or the elbow injury brought the lump to your notice.

It may not be felt with mobile lump --usually suggestive of benign fibroadenoma.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
