I work Post Office and I believe that repetative motion in

i work for the Post Office and I believe that repetative motion in my weaker arm has been inflamed. When trying to raise my arm ir reach arround the back to tuck in my shirt gives me pain.

This could be a problem in the arm.

But, more likely it is shoulder or cervical spine based on what you are saying.

you need a full structural exam.

Further damage might be preventable.

Exam, probably MRI if needed.

See an MD of physical medicine and rehabilitation, they are specialists in structural diagnosis and treatment without surgery, if possible.
