Have seom red resh on the tip of my nose. It seems to repeat every couple of months. and starts just inside the nostril. Goes for a couple of days then goes away. What is it? How do I treat?

Vasculitis [an autoimmune problem]

Platelet problems.

Other Autoimmune disease.
