Thanks for this question. You took the extra metoprolol.

So you took 50 mg instead of 25.

This shouldn't cause too many issues.

It can lower heart rate and blood pressure but not really a lot with that dose

I would watch your HR and BP

If your HR stays above 50 and your BP above 100/60 you are fine
