Hi there,

That is little concerning.

When you sit down on the toilet seat, the pressure in the brain can increase causing severe headaches.

Given your history of metastatic colon cancer in the past, brain tumor or aneurysm need to be ruled out.

Please see your doctor soon for a MRI scan of the brain.

Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
