You are having sleep disturbances and leg weakness and pain on waking up.
It is likely you are experiencing restless legs during sleep which wakes you up.
And legs feel tired in the morning as the consequence.
Stress is a most common cause.
However, iron deficiency is another very common cause.
Dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities also can cause this.

Meanwhile you can try Magnesium 400 mg daily, Iron 65 mg daily, vitamin D 1000 Iu daily.
