Abby, I don't know if you can help but I have been put on

Customer Question

Hi Dr. Abby, I don't know if you can help but I have been put on antidepressants before and I've been diagnosed with seasonal depression/generalized anxiety. It stems from PTSD, because my father passed away when I was 11. Right now, this morning, I have noticed that for the last couple of days I've had a headache, muscle pain, dry mouth, and a sore throat. And for the last couple of months I've had random moments where I experience panic attacks, and excessive crying and can't pinpoint why. I also have trouble communicating, and making mindful decisions (impulsivity.) Not only that, but I have to go to the bathroom very regularly, and it feels like I didn't get everything out, so I have to go soon after. I have all the symptoms of bipolar disorder, and I have hallucinated, fainted, I get head rushes very often, I have trouble relaxing because of racing thoughts, and the false belief of superiority. And don't have a good sense of reality. I dont know what to do or who to go to

Dear customer,
Thanks for your question.
Besides antidepressants have you had any therapy? Do you go to the bathroom at night and do these wake you up from sleep? Have you consulted a psychiatrist?
