Hi there,

Your pulse or heart rate is indeed very low.

This can result in heart block and symptoms like dizziness, black outs etc.

You need to lower the beta blocker dose or discontinue it after discussing with your doctor.

Alternative BP lowering medication like lisinopril, losartan, or amlodipine can be used without affecting your heart rate.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
