This is Dr. David

are you constipated? are you having hard pebble like stools?

are you having to strain hard to get your stools out?

have you had your blood pressure and glucose levels checked when you have these syncope episodes?

No constipation. And per my PC advise I donot strain to move my vowels. How can I address
the severe contraction of my stomach prior to passing out?

you need to get your blood pressure checked and blood glucose levels checked to see if these are low when you are having syncope episodes.

you might need a CT scan of your abdomen to check on your bowels.

it doesn't sound like you have had a colonoscopy either.

you need these tests.
