My 26 year old daughter constantly complains of fatigue.

Customer Question

My 26 year old daughter constantly complains of fatigue. Blood tests have proven negative.
She takes multiple vitamins, magnesium, iron and a b-12 supplement. She eats lots of vegetables.
Do you have suggestions of what else she can try?

Hi there,

Dies she have regular periods?

Usually androgen deficiency can cause constant fatigue.

That means adrenal gland weakness not producing enough androgens.

DHEA supplementation 50 mg daily can be tried.

Also underlying depression and attention deficit disorder should be explored.
