Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
the ribs could be fractured from the procedure.
they may need more time to heal
you might need a chest or abdominal elastic velcro binder to wrap around your chest to help keep the ribs in place to help decrease pain and help them stay in position to better heal.
you should also have a follow up appointment with your surgeons as well to be checked for follow up post op evaluation.
when is your next evaluation by your surgeons?
