Hi Dr Hussey, my name is***** have a right sided inguinal hernia, currently being scheduled for surgery. The hernia is reducible and not many problems during the day. However every other night or so I wake up in the middle of the night with lower abdominal pain and cramping which keeps awake for several hours.
