Customer Question

I have been having fairly severe muscle pain throughout my body for about 5 days. My husband is also having this problem. I saw a doctor 2 days ago, who said it is possibly viral. She did a strep test as my throat was sore also, and that was negative.
She also did a rapid-read mono test, which was negative. Neither of us have any symptoms besides the muscle aches - does it make sense that this could be caused by a virus?

Hi there

I believe this is an allergic reaction.

Environmental changes can cause this commonly.

Does not sound serious since no other symptoms.

Will likely improve with adequate hydration with Gatorade, Ibuprofen, rest.

Please also avoid too much heat exposure.
