Hello,I am Dr Ken and I will be helping you today. Were any investigations obtained to look for the cause - xray spine/ color doppler or blood tests?

I am sorry for the delay, I was in emergency.Tingling at fingers with change of color indicates either reduced blood flow - can be due to following causes : spasm of vessels, atherosclerosis, diabetes, clot in the artery, kinking of the artery, anemia, vitamin deficiency ORAbnormal nerve supply - pinching of the nerve at the spine level or at its course/ demyelination at the brain or cord.Next step - A physical evaluation along with few investigations like blood tests/ color doppler for arteries/ MRI cervical spine and Brain should give us more answers.Till than - Have balanced diet, adequate fluid/ avoid exposure to cold/ avoid alcohol, smoking.Wish you well.Best
