Hi there,

Viral infection is likely causing fever, upper stomach pain and cough.

Can last long time.

Stomach inflammation is also caused by smoking and alcohol.

Viral bronchitis can cause persistent cough.

However you should get it checked by your doctor to rule out the possibility of bacterial infection.

Meanwhile you can try over the counter omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for stomach symptoms.

Mucinex DM tablets can be tried for cough.
