blood in your stools can be from hemorrhoids.
if you have hard constipated stools this can cause painful bowel movements.
you need to soften your stools like with fiber, prunes, drinking lot of water, eating more fruits and vegetables and using laxatives if you need them to soften your stools
and also use hemorrhoid creams like preperation H and 1% hydrocortisone cream on the area to help decrease hemorrhoids.
you should see your doctor if you continue to have bleeding.
do you have a doctor you can see?
have you used hemorrhoid creams before?
are your stools hard to come out?
