To the left of my belly button. I'd say right above my hip bone. Im thinking it might be my colon. Comes and goes. Mainly come when I sit. Feeling is in front of body. Sometimes I have tightness in back of same area.

Yes this is in the area of the colon.
Muscular is also possible.
Exam is needed.
Stool samples should be taken.
