Thank you for your help here. I had a nuclear stress test and the "findings" said = 'significantly dilated left ventricular cavity appreciated. AND decreased perfusion involving the inferior wall, which is persistent on both rest and stress, but with adjacent bowel or diaphragmatic activity noted.'
