What is your question?

Any exam? What findings if so?

Any imaging? What?

Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing Internal Medicine Physician. Excellent service is my goal.
I am assuming your question is what is this? Correct?
The good news is that most likely it is bursitis. There is a bursa (shock absorber) in that area that commonly gets inflamed
It is benign but painful
Have your doctor examine it and you will likely need a cortisone shot in this area. It is very painless to get a shot here and it will help a lot.
In the meantime, ice it and try not to walk too much
