QUESTION}Wake up between 2 and 3 AM with severe stomach

Customer Question

QUESTION}Wake up between 2 and 3 AM with severe stomach pain. located just above the belly button.
At first it seemed like nerves as lorazepam seemed to help.No More. The pain goes away during the morning (am able to eat breakfast but not hungry)and not bothered again until after going to bed. This seems to be getting worse. Doctor felt it was nerves, as I am a worrier.

I don't think it is nerves.
It is too specific.
It might be as simple as diet and gas.
Have you had a colonoscopy?
When, what findings?
