Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
This is most likely a nerve injury related problem.
Your liver, intestine are all normal per the scans.
But nerve injury will not show up.
Muscle injury unlikely to persist that long
But neve injury can.
A nerve conduction study will help.
Treatment should include triggeer point injection, physical therapy and other pain medications as needed.
Gabapentin, or Pregabalin can be used.
Please consult with a pain specialist.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us today. If you have any additional questions or need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to answer them. I wish you good health. Regards, ***** *****
