I was taking 3 tablets of lorazepam a day at 7am 1pm and 7pm

Customer Question

I was taking 3 tablets of lorazepam a day at 7am 1pm and 7pm My doctor added a third but didn't suggest a schedule as to when to add the fourth pill. How many hours should lorazepam be taken apart and what would a more appropriate schedule be for adding the 4th I also take Seroquel R 150 mg at 8pm What schedule would least like disturb my sleep as well?

Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
I see your doctor has recommended that you take a fourth lorazepam dose.
lorazepam can cause sleepiness in most patients.
you can safely take your forth lorazepam dose at either 7pm or before bed time safely.
taking it before bed time could help you with your sleep symptoms if you are having poor sleep.
you don't have to wait until 1am to take your 4th pill
if your bed time is set at 10pm or 11pm or 12pm, you can take your fourth lorazepam before bed time.
what dose of lorazepam are you taking?

you don't have to start a new question
"my lorazepam dose is 1 mg I usually take my Serequel XR at 8pm when I don't take the pills a set number of hours apart Iwake up without the same dose of lorazepam in my sytem in the morning and then my afternoon feels different "
if you have to take your pills every 4 hours, then stick with the
"7am 11am 3pm and 7pm" regimen.
